Dera Sacha Sauda Provides Relief Aid in Flood Affected Areas of Uttarakhand
Dera Sacha Sauda, in order to provide aid to the flood-affected areas of Uttarakhand, sent relief material today (Friday). His Holiness honorable Guru Ji Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan departed the wagons carrying relief material by showing green flag. Adhering to the teachings of honorable Guru Ji i.e. to work for social welfare, Dera Sacha Sauda always precedes in carrying out relief functions for the victims during any kind of natural calamity. In the same sequence, relief material has been sent to the areas of Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Rambara, Kedarnath, Badrinath and many other areas of Uttarakhand affected by flood. Relief aid consists of 3Kg Flour, 3 Kg Rice, 1 Kg Pulses, 1 Kg Sugar, 250 gm Tea leaves, Spices like salt, chilly, turmeric, Mustard oil and utensils like Cooker, Plates etc., Torch for lighting purpose for each family. All the relief materials for one family were wrapped in a single packet to facilitate the distribution of same in affected areas. About 1000 volunteers helped in packaging of this relief material under shed in Shah Satnam Ji Dham on Thursday. It’s worth mentioning that on 21st June Dera Sacha Sauda sent 7 trucks loaded with cattle feed to Khanpur area of Haridwar district on the request of their administration.
