More Guinness World Records by Dera Sacha Sauda

Two World Records Added to the Existing Sparkling Garland of Milestones by Dera Sacha Sauda

Following the tradition of Dera Sacha Sauda to celebrate each important day in a unique way, Dera followers created the world’s largest painting conveying the message “We all are one and God is one”. Under the holy auspices of Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, the world’s largest painting ‘Largest Finger Painting’ (indicating confluence of all religions) was made in Saint SMG Sports Complex on September 23, 2012. In this 5,025 people of different faiths and religions participated to create 78 meter long and 50 meter wide painting. On this painting 4 hands’ fingers along with every religious symbol were shown. On that it was mentioned in English, “Hands from different religion’s yearn, God is one, we are one” i.e. while we belong from different religious faiths and our hands are also different but God is one and we all are one.

After that the volunteers set one more record by conveying the message of cleanliness. Under ‘Most people sanitizing their hands’, 7,777 people washed their hands with liquid handwash and conveyed the message to whole world for cleaning the surroundings along with own body. This message of cleanliness was conveyed for one minute. And these two world records’ certificates were presented to His Holiness Guruji on January 25, 2013. Noteworthy, Dera Sacha Sauda has been conducting the Cleanliness Earth Campaign ‘Ho Prithvi Saaf, Mitein Rog Abhishap’ (Cleanse the planet earth to remove disease and curse) under which the volunteers clean the cities in a single day and convey the message of cleaning the environment. Under this campaign, 14 Cleanliness Earth Campaign have been conducted so far in metropolitan cities.
Revered Guru ji blessed the volunteers (participating in the largest painting indicating the confluence of all religions and conveying the message of cleanliness) and said, “They all deserve compliments; this message would go to every corner of the world”.
