Dera Sacha Sauda’s founder Beparwah Sai Shah Mastana ji Maharaj’s incarnation month is marked by Green- S Welfare Force Wing’s two day Sports Contest, ANAMI-E-SAI DIWAS ,which was concluded with great fervor at SMG Sports Complex. The Overall Champions Trophy was won by Haryana, followed by Punjab as the first runner-up. Revered Hazoor Pitaji Saint Dr.Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan honoured the victor teams & players. Large no. of spectators enjoyed the mirth watching games & felt gleeful.
Revered Guruji inspired the players by saying that preferment of any sportsperson is actually the rising time not only for himself or his family but also for the whole nation. The players were motivated to keep the positive thinking , lofty morale & never to succumb to negativity. Hazoor Pitaji thrilled the audience and the players by informing them that he himself has already played about 150 games, out of which 125 were rural & 32 were national level games. He said that India is the Land of saints,prophets & sports , from whom so many other nations have learnt, not only, no. of different sports techniques but also science of atomic technicalities. He guided the players to always follow the norms, rules & techniques.
On 24th November 2015, final events of no. of games like Tug-of-War, Judo, Archery, Gun shooting, Handball, Drop the Handkerchief were organized in the Divine presence of Honorable Guruji.
In Judo finals,Haryana’s Balinder defeated Punjab’s Kulwinder in 78 kg category;Haryana’s Antar Singh beat Punjab’s Satwinder Singh in 81 kg category;Aman Insan from Haryana outplayed Rai Sahib of Rajasthan in 90 kg ;Punjab’s Rajinder outfaced Mahipal from Haryana& international player Amit Insan knocked out Punjab’s Mohit in 100 kg category.
Similarly in Girls’ Drop the Handkerchief event , Haryana team simply outmanoeuvred UP Team in one sided competition by 56-10 score. Though there was a cut throat competition between Punjab & Haryana teams in the same sports event in Boys’ category in which Punjab defeated Haryana by 30-18 score points.In Shooting Punjab’s Jagmeet bagged the first prize followed by Haryana’s Manjeet at second position.
In mega competition of Tug-of war between Punjab & Haryana , as both teams were with one set each to their credit,the competition reached its peak high in the third and final set. Both the teams struggled hard & long by getting Haryana as the final victor of the event.
Punjab’s Malkit Insan got first position followed by UP’s Dipender at second place in Archery.
The most swashbuckling event of the concluding day was Handball competition,which was played between Punjab & Haryana. Both the teams were embellished with the international level players .The match was ruritanian & electrifying.The score for Haryana & Punjab was 13-11 until first half sequentially. But the beginning of second half witnessed highly aggressive & offensive Haryana, slaughtering Punjab’s team finally by 30-25 , paving way in favour of Haryana in the end.
At the culmination of the Meet , the marriages of 27 couples were solemnized in the holy & pious presence of Hazoor Pitaji, honored by His benediction.
