The auspicious month of August brought blessings for all of us, and once again, millions of Dera Sacha Sauda disciples are set to welcome the sacred month of September.
On 23rd September, 1990, Param Pita Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj, the second spiritual master of Dera Sacha Sauda, had coronated Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan as his successor and gave the divine ordinance, “We Were, We Are and We Shall Be”.
This divine transition was a celestial moment that realigned the universe and revealed new realities for millions. This year, the entire world is celebrating the 35th Maha Paropkaar Month under the pious guidance of Saint Dr MSG Insan.
How Param Pita Ji Directed the Transition for Divine Benevolence
Revered Param Pita Ji had guided more than a million people onto the path of spirituality and changed their lives. His holiness had visited multiple cities and villages to guide and connect people with the sacred name of God.
As years went by, Param Pita Ji decided to pass on his reign to a successor as per the divine revelation. During the year 1989, the search for Dera Sacha Sauda’s successor began.
For this purpose, his holiness conducted several meetings and discussions extensively for more than a year. Param Pita Ji even asked disciples to suggest a worthy successor and said that they would evaluate him.
Meetings were conducted every month, and Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji was also part of such meetings as a disciple.
Revered Param Pita Ji used to direct his hand towards Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan’s direction, indicating, ‘We want someone like him, educated and from a good family.’ No one could understand the meaning of those actions, but the Saint’s actions are guided by the divine.
The Day of Great Benevolence : 23rd September,1990
Saints are believed to receive direct revelations from the divine. Revered Param Pita Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj had already known the universe’s revelation way ahead of time, and found his successor in Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan.
From childhood, his holiness guided Saint Dr MSG Insan to read the holy scriptures and perform his duties. This divine relation between a Guru and a disciple was beyond the understanding of the world.
Eventually, as per the prophecy of Sant Triveni Daas Ji, at the age of 23, Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji renounced worldly possessions and surrendered his life to serve mankind as per his Guru’s guidance.
Later on, the world witnessed the divine transition when Param Pita Ji declared Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan as his royal successor and Spiritual Master of Dera Sacha Sauda in the coronation ceremony held on 23rd September 1990.
Sermons from the Coronation Ceremony : Hukumnama of 1990
Param Pita Shah Satnam Ji Maharaj declared Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji as his successor during a special Satsang. His holiness performed the garlanding ritual with his pious hands and coronated Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan as the third spiritual master of Dera Sacha Sauda.
During the ceremony, these sermons (the hukumnama) were recited as per the will of Revered Param Pita Ji in front of thousands of disciples.
“As per Shah Mastana Ji Maharaj’s will (hukum), Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji has been bestowed with this position.
- Those who love his holiness(SaintMSG)are loving us.
- Those who will obey him are obeying us.
- Those will trust him are trusting us.
- Those who will discriminate with him are discriminating with us.”
Param Pita Shah Ji also gave the divine ordinance, “We Were, We Are and We Shall Forever Be” on 23rd September 1990, and thus the holy trinity of MSG emerged. For the first time in history, the world witnessed a moment where Guru transcended his presence with a divine ordinance like this.
Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan and His Divine Capabilities
The childhood of the present spiritual master of Dera Sacha Sauda, Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan, was filled with many divine instances.
One day, Saint Triveni Das asked Saint MSG to inaugurate the construction of the village’s water reservoir. Saint MSG, a little boy of 5 years, inaugurated by making the first strike with a spade, marking the beginning of its construction. The villagers say that to this day, the well has never run out of water. Even in the worst draughts, when people from neighboring villages took water from the well, it never ran out.
His holiness could ride a tractor at the tender age of 7, was a bright student in his school years, and to this day, he has played 32 national games. Saint MSG was filled with divine capabilities since his childhood, which were revealed with the blessings of Revered Guru Param Pita Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj.
