This transformative initiative, launched in 1992, is now in its 33rd year. Scheduled from December 12th to 15th at Dera Sacha Sauda, Sirsa, Haryana, the camp has touched countless lives. The hallmark of this initiative is its inclusivity—patients from all walks of life, regardless of caste, creed, or background, are treated with respect, care, and dignity. True to its belief that “Humanity is the greatest religion,” the camp embodies compassion at its core.
Highlights of 33rd Yaad-E-Murshid Mega Eye Camp: 6,697 Patients Registered at Mega Free Eye Camp
This year, the registrations began on 10th December 2024 at Shah Satnam Ji Shah Mastan Ji Manavta Bhalai Kendra, Dera Sacha Sauda, Sirsa Haryana. Thousands of volunteers have turned up to provide their services in this mega event that symbolizes true humanity and brotherhood, from across the states.
Consultations, check-ups and screenings began on 12th December, wherein renowned ad expert ophthalmologists and eye surgeons from North India are providing their services free of cost.
By 13 December, i.e. Day 2 of the camp, 6,697 patients had registered. Among them, 130 were admitted for surgeries, with 70 already operated on and 60 were yet to undergo surgeries.
